Chef Smotkowicz has won gold on the national and international culinary stage. He has been twice named Canada’s National Chef of the Year and was the 2010 Team Business Manager for Culinary Team Canada. SCC’s Pastry Chef James Holehouse is one of six chefs that represented team Canada and won gold in the 2010 World Culinary Olympics.
