The Edmonton TELUS World of Science has unveiled a NEW Discoveryland Gallery. The interactive gallery represents a great opportunity for children eight and under to enjoy exploring the arts, sciences and humanities.



Metropolis, Edmonton's International Winter Festival kicks off with a New Year's Eve celebration on December 31 and will run until February 20. A variety of activities including winter food, music, live entertainment and interactive exhibits will be offered.

Experience the ride of your life at the West Edmonton Mall waterpark. The World Waterpark is home to three new slides each featuring the brand new aquatic launch system.

The Citadel Theatre presents Blind Date from January 28 - February 19. This sensational improvised comedy is different every time, Rebecca Northan plays Mimi and one lucky man in the audience will play her blind date.

 City Market Downtown, Edmonton's downtown farmers' market goes indoors at City Hall (Sir Winston Churchill Square) from October to May (10am to 3pm).

 

Keep your wardrobe fashionable by visiting any of the new stores at West Edmonton Mall. One addition that is garnering its share of attention is Scotch & Soda; this Amsterdam-based fashion line features classic and vintage styles.

CATS - The show that revolutionized musical theatre is coming to the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium from February 22 – 26.
