YWE Photo Use Agreement

Please Note:

1. You must be a YWE Partner in order to use any of the photos from the YWE Photo Gallery.
2. You must read and agree to all restrictions and obligations before using this photo.

Restrictions of Use for YWE Photos

1. No image in this photo gallery can be sold … nor included in any type of reproduced materials sold (including souvenirs, packaging, etc.) or supported by ad revenues.
2. These photos cannot comprise more than 50 per cent of the image content of any website or publication. Any website wanting to publish any image in this collection must first link to www.yourewelcomeedmonton.com.
3. No photo can be used to promote a product or service that is not directly related to marketing Greater Edmonton.
4. This collection cannot be used on personal letterhead, business cards or office décor (personal or commercial).
5. This collection cannot be used for any political, religious or moral purpose.
6. You're Welcome Edmonton can withdraw borrowing or publication privileges at anytime without notice.
7. You accept full moral and legal liability if any photo is used inappropriately. Copying or forwarding these images without adherence to all conditions is a breach of copyright law.

Obligations

1. I have read, understand and agree to the YWE Photo Use Agreement.
2. I agree to credit You're Welcome Edmonton / Photographer's Name (found in the "Details" under each respective photo) for any photos republished from this collection as per the recommendations below:
   Recommendations for Web Use:
   "Photo Credit: You're Welcome Edmonton / Photographer's Name" (Add a minimum credit of one of the following: impose right onto image used, add to bottom of relevant web page, use in alternative text or rollover/mouse over if limited space and/or add to the code.)
   Recommendations for Print Use:
   "Photo Credit: You're Welcome Edmonton / Photographer's Name" (Add credit to back or bottom of print / marketing piece.)
3. I accept full moral and legal liability if any photo is used inappropriately.

This photo gallery is maintained by You're Welcome Edmonton for the express purpose of marketing and promoting YWE and Greater Edmonton. Photos, category rules and guidelines for use may be changed periodically without notice. Copying or forwarding these images without adherence to all conditions is a breach of copyright law.
