Volunteers

Volunteers play a critical role in the YWE program:

1. They guide the direction of the program
2. Play an essential role in the YWE selection process

The YWE Steering Committee is comprised of volunteers with a human resources and management background, and more importantly, a passion for customer service and the impact it can make to any client’s experience. This group guides the development and implementation of the program as it moves into its 12th year.

The interview week is a critical piece in the YWE selection process. Volunteers, from the industry, will sit on a panel interviewing nominees in the top 20% of each award category. Our interviewers and interviewees discuss what drives their passion in the industry.
